Chelsea FC’ technical Director, Michael Emenalo has quit the club after ten years at the London side.
Details on why the former Nigerian international left the club have not been disclosed. However, it is widely reported that his decision may be linked to the tensions that grew between himself, director Marina Granovskaia and current blues manager, Antonio Conte during last summer’s transfer window
The news of Emenalo’s decision to end his association with the London club comes on the heels of speculations that Antonio Conte was going to be given the boot at Chelsea following a turbulent start to the current season.
Emenalo is said to be the right-hand man to Chelsea’s Russian owner Roman Abramovich and was also key in most of the Club’s important transfers and successes in the last decade
