The senior pastor of the El-Buba Outreach Ministry, Prophet Isa El-Buba has accused President Muhammadu Buhari of sending men of the Department of State Services, DSS to arrest him.
Mr. Isa El- Buba claimed that men of the State Security Services, SSS, in Jos, on Monday night came to arrest but he refused to honour their invitation because their action was illegal.
Mr. El-Buba in the interview held at his Ministry towers said a deputy director of the state service stormed his fellowship headquarters on Monday night while he was preparing for a midnight service, but he refused to honour the invitation, because “the invitation was not authorized in writing.”
“I demanded for a letter of invitation and was not given, so I became suspicious of their mission in the night to my office.”
According to Mr. El-Buba, the operatives came in two trucks made several attempts at his residence to pick him to Abuja under the cover of the night.
The cleric also said as far as he was concerned, he had done nothing wrong to warrant his arrest. He insisted that he would continue to preach good governance at all levels of government no matter the threats from security agencies.
Recall the pastor, while addressing his congregants during a church service, condemned President Buhari for failing to arrest Fulani herdsmen carrying out attacks in various parts of the country.
However, the clergyman had to raise the alarm via his Facebook page that some DSS officials allegedly on President Buhari’s order stormed the church premises to arrest him on Monday evening.“This is to alert you all that Mr. President has sent the DSS to arrest Prophet Isa El-buba after the time with Jesus meeting at about 7pm.
“They have been around since then, the picture you see with the white Hilux and more than three men inside awaiting his arrest, but nothing has happened yet as God is in control.
“Please pass it on enough is enough.”
The pastor had during the church service warned, “I don’t want you Nigerians to be deceived by anybody. This year is the year we must decide the faith of Nigeria.
“Nigeria cannot be ruled with the wickedness of a wicked leader. When the righteous rules, the people righteous, but when the wicked rules, the people suffer.
“The killings going on in the country shows the irresponsibility of a president called Buhari. Buhari returning to that seat, we’ll fight it to standstill.”
