Real Madrid clinched their 12th Champions League trophy last night in an entertaining 4-1 victory over Italian Champions, Juventus.
The Real Madrid team rightly took to the pitch to celebrate the win, with many players bringing some of their immediate family members unto the pitch to join in the celebrations.
Amid the celebrations, what however, caught the eyes of some Nigerians, was the sight of what seemed like a Nigerian flag worn by Madrid’s Captain, Sergio Ramos.
Ramos was spotted wrapping a green and white material around his neck and shoulders, prompting many to wonder why the Spanish defender had to use that instead of the Spanish flag.
This has also led to polarized opinions amongst some Nigerians on twitter, on whether or not it is actually a Nigerian flag.
Some have argued that it is the Andalusian Flag, while some insist that it is a Nigerian flag.
What do you guys think? Is that a Nigerian flag on Ramos, or not?
